Shipping Information

Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Please note - if you choose the Overnight Shipping option, order before 12 noon EST! and your order will ship out the same day. Any orders placed after 12 noon will ship out the following day. We do not currently offer a next day Saturday delivery option, so orders placed on Friday before 12 noon will arrive the following Monday.

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. You will be charged when your order has shipped and will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges. We will ship to all U.S. Territories.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Allow up to 12 hours for tracking information to update.

When entering your shipping address, please ensure you double-check all address fields for accuracy. Please add any Apartment or Suite number. Elegance NYC is not responsible for any additional costs associated with re-shipping an order. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, you will have two options: You can pay additional shipping fees to have the package sent to the correct address OR we can cancel the order and refund you for the order total less original shipping costs.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is out-of-stock at the time of your order; Our representative will contact you via email or phone.You will be offered the option to be contacted via e-mail or phone when the item is back in stock and available for order.Shipping Charges will be waived on all out of stock items.


Online orders are not automatically insured. Most orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail (FCM) and are not insured. For package insurance, please select USPS Priority Mail (PM), which is insured up to $50.00 or an express shipping option, which is insured for the full value of the goods. Note that only packages verified as "lost" or "damaged in transit" via an insured shipping method are eligible for refund or replacement (up to the value of the insurance). does not replace or refund packages scanned as "delivered". It is the customer's responsibility to locate the parcel if the tracking status shows the package as delivered.



In order to protect our customers, monitors for potential credit card fraud and identity theft. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the customer's identity. In cases where the order may be fraudulent, the package will not be shipped until the billing information has been successfully verified.

Fraudulent orders will be subject to legal action.
